Immortal Time
Percy Bysshe Shelley once wrote Ozymandias, mocking the glory of Egyptian Pharaoh Ramses II, in it He described the time as the only thing which is immortal, The Kings, huge emperors with all their glory and all their power, cannot create a monument which can defeat time. Everything will be destroyed and time will go on. This Picture reminds me of that.
This Picture is from Humayun Tomb, The Bu Halima Gateway, just near the entrance of the Gateway to Humayun Tomb, the huge wooden gate lies in ruin, the centuries old door Knocker has its shape engraved into the wooden panel of the door, showing the passage of time.
